Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any part of the jilliko platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on jilliko, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jilliko through any device — whether desktop, tablet, or mobile — you enter into a binding legal agreement with jilliko and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or begin using any feature of the platform, whichever comes first. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and users of any jilliko product or service. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with these terms at any point, your only remedy is to immediately stop using jilliko and close your account. jilliko reserves the right to enforce these terms and take appropriate action against any user found in violation.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to jilliko is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Online gambling is intended for adults only, and jilliko takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is lawful for you to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. jilliko may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the member cannot satisfactorily verify their age. Users found to be underage will have all funds confiscated and their accounts closed without prior notice. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your area before participating.

3. Account Creation & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on jilliko. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jilliko will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel, and any request of this nature should be treated as suspicious. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilliko immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication features to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

All users of jilliko are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose, including money laundering, collusion, or any form of cheating or manipulation of game outcomes. You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party is strictly forbidden. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you personally authorized it. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain must be reported to jilliko support immediately — exploiting such issues rather than reporting them may result in permanent account suspension. Users who engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward staff or other players will have their accounts terminated without warning.

5. Payments & Transactions

jilliko processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), which is the primary currency of the platform for all members based in the Philippines. Deposits are credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, and withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's cashier section. All payment methods offered are subject to their own terms and conditions, and jilliko reserves the right to modify available payment options without prior notice. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name; use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited and may trigger a security review or account suspension. jilliko is not liable for any delays, fees, or errors caused by payment processors or financial institutions outside our direct control. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be investigated, and any confirmed fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method — please refer to the cashier section for current figures.

6. Limitation of Liability

jilliko provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliko shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption to gaming sessions caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or websites that may be linked to or from the platform. In all cases where jilliko is found to bear liability, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jilliko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false registration information, or conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform. If your account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account may be held until the investigation is concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jilliko support; any pending bonus balances may be forfeited upon voluntary closure depending on the applicable bonus terms. If you close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, jilliko will honour that decision and take steps to prevent re-registration for the agreed period. All account closure decisions made by jilliko following a verified breach of these terms are final.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jilliko platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, game assets, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilliko or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of jilliko. Unauthorized use of jilliko's intellectual property may result in legal action. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names featured on the platform are owned by or licensed to jilliko. Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide to jilliko may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The jilliko platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party service providers, including payment processors, game software developers, and identity verification services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and jilliko is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Any interaction you have with a third-party service is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the applicable terms and policies of those providers before engaging with them. The inclusion of any third-party service on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by jilliko. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove third-party integrations at any time without prior notice to users. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or experiences disruptions, jilliko will not be held liable for any resulting interruption to your gaming experience.

10. Changes to These Terms

jilliko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, business operations, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of jilliko following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. We encourage you to save or print a copy of these terms for your records each time they are updated.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of jilliko — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these terms — shall first be referred to our customer support team for an attempt at informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority with jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes. Nothing in this clause prevents jilliko from seeking interim injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and jilliko with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
